Rethinking Children’s Behaviour- Sold Out!

Lady Gowrie Tasmania Inclusion Agency and Gowrie Training and Consultancy invite you to a valuable session being facilitated by Tracey Deayton. Tracey has been with the Department of Children and Young People for the last 40 years working in the areas of inclusion, early intervention and in particular autism. In her roles as autism consultant / early intervention teacher she has spent the last 25 years promoting quality inclusive early years settings for children with neurodiverse presentations.

This session will focus on:

• how to respond to children’s behaviour/s;
• practical strategies for communicating expectations;
• setting up environments for success and independence;
• strategies to promote a positive environment for children who have difficulty with self-regulation.

Time: 9.15am to 11.30am (short 10min break will be provided during the session)
